Refined-Sugar-Free Peppermint Mocha Sauce

Ingredients:
½ cup water
½ cup coconut sugar
2 Tbsp cacao powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp peppermint extract
Instructions:
  • Place the water, coconut sugar, and cacao powder in a small saucepan. 
  • Cook on low until the mixture begins to simmer.
  • Add the vanilla extract and peppermint extract. 
  • Pour the mocha sauce into a jar.
  • Save in the fridge for 2-4 weeks.
