Ingredients:
8 hard-boiled eggs
½ cup mayonnaise
2 TBSP brown mustard
2 TBSP apple cider vinegar
1 tsp salt
Optional: paprika, chives - for garnish.
Instructions:
With a knife, split the boiled eggs in half. Separate the yolk from the white. Place the yolks in a bowl and the whites on a plate.
Add all the ingredients to the egg yolk and mix until smooth. This is a measure with your heart type recipe so make sure to taste and adjust as needed.
Spoon egg yolk mixture back into the egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika or chives for garnish.
